Bricks and mortar

The brick laying is almost complete. It's great to see the house coming to life.

We chose the Topaz brick from the Austral Metropolis range and I really like how it looks so far. I think it will work really well with the grey accents on the gutters, downpipes and so on.

Hopefully my thoughts will be confirmed in the coming weeks!

How's this for progress?

Granted its been a while between posts, a little person or two have been consuming my time, and energy. But the house has come along in leaps and bounds in the last month. We're well and truly into the brick Iaying phase. Lets hope lock up is only another month away!
